We have been wanting to try Pizza on our smoker so with Grandma and Grandpa Gray in town we thought it would be another great excuse for an outdoor meal. Linds made the dough and an amazing red sauce, and we laid out all the toppings. We fired up the smoker and after about 10 minutes… voilå!
There is nothing like a wood fired pizza and the smoker did not disappoint. The crunchy crust and smoky flavor was perfect.
